MotoGP Suit has a straightforward return policy. We have divided our products into two major categories. These include:
- Refundable Products
- Non-Refundable Products
The returns of refundable products are accepted if requested within 10-12 business days. Besides, there are some other key aspects, which might affect the return of a refundable product.
Damaged or Defective Products
Only damaged or defective products are accepted for returns. The customer is required to send us the images of the product, showing the damage or defect. The full amount will be returned if the product is damaged or defective.
Issues with Sizing
If the sizing issue occurs due to the consumer’s mistake, we will deduct 30% payment from the amount paid for the product. On the other hand, if we deliver the wrong size, the full amount will be refunded.
Note: Products should reach us in their original condition and within the company packing. In case of a return, customer will bear the shipping cost.
These products aren’t refundable no matter what the case might be. The non-Refundable products include:
- Customized Products
- Boots and Gloves
If you have ordered a customized product, we won’t consider it as a refundable item. When it comes to customization, it might relate to anything including color, size, badges, or a logo.
Boots and Gloves
In addition to customized products, gloves and boots are also non-refundable and we won’t accept their return. However, in case of delivering any faulty or damaged item, we will offer a 100% refund on return.
Depositing the Refunds
The amount refunded will go exactly to the same account that was used to place the order. Once we have received the returned product, the refund process might take 6-8 business days. We offer a wide range of payment methods including Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal.
