Shipping Duration

The shipping time may differ depending on the type of product and the destination. However, here is the estimated time for specific products.

• Small items such as gloves and boots can take 8-10 working days for their delivery
• Suit and Jacket might take 15-18 working days
• Customized products can take more time. After confirmation of all the details, these products can take 20-25 working days for their delivery.

Custom Taxes or Import Duties

The consumer is bound to pay the customs taxes or import duties regarding the shipped product. The company has no influence or control over this matter. Hence, the consumer is responsible for the clearance.

The customs clearance procedure might take longer in some countries. This might result in unexpected delays. If this occurs, the customer is advised to wait for a few additional days.

On the contrary, if the shipment fails to pass the customs clearance, the consumer will be responsible for the payment of any fee charged by the concerned authorities.
